it's not twinny to OPI Dating a Royal...I am anxious to see if it looks like RBL IKB, i imagine it looks close to this. it's so electric/vibrant on the nail. my camera did ok capturing the clor but it's not too accurate on how bright and gorgeous it is..

i freaking love this color...it's awesome.

formula was just ok...not bad , just not amazing either.

it was described as a neon red. it's very pink...with a bit of orange...not so much...red IMO. it reminds me a lot of the neon Misa bikini with a martini but i haven't had a chance to do a comp.
very much a jelly, still some VNL at 3 coats, bright as heck, i got 3 days wear - no chips as well.

bright coral. it reminded me of misa stop rewinding, just fast forward but it's more pink/red. same application wise..leaning towards being a jelly but since it's mostly opaque in 2 coats it's more of a creme with smooooth application and great vibrant color.

nails inc wilton crescent...i took this one in the bright sun to show how RED it is.

this is indoor lighting...it darkens but doesn't turn brown at all. i love it...classic and clean. one of the thicker cremes from nails inc but opaque in 1 coat...this is 2 to make sure it was even.

I'm so sorry for the lapse in posts...I've been taking a stroll down memory lane with polishes. It's so easy to get caught up in buying new colors and then just wearing those, you forget the ones you love the most...so there they are.

nails inc has an annoying habit of using similar names.
dover st. market is a vampy creme and brompton place is a bright pink creme

dover st and brompton rd always reminded me of each other in the bottle. like a shimmery and creme version of each other but they are really different.
dover st is too warm for me and brompton rd is just right.

i didn't have high hopes for this one...it looks orange in the bottle...*yawn*
but on the nail...WIN! it turns a great tangerine...perfect for spring and summer!

nails inc hollywood was part of the Hills Collection.

i was surprised at how much i like hollywood! it is a neon so it dries down matte...but that also means application was awesome and smooth...almost like a jelly that way. i love it!

i'm not sure what happened on this one...but portobello is a no go for me. it's just the wrong shade...i think if i were darker or browner it would be awesome...but the pink in my skin just clashed with the orange.

gorgeous easy to apply yellow...crazy smooth...beautiful buttery creamy yellow.
stinks that it does not work on me. i'm too pink...again for this color....i couldn't take it off fast enough.

the mac was the most annoying to apply...by far. it also happens to be my least favorite color of the bunch. my favorite was the opi. and excuse the bloopy nails inc...i didn't wait long enough between coats.

i have realized that i just do not love gunmetal greys...maybe the frost is what bothers me? i love the color so i would assume it's the finish.

opaque in 1 coats...but i did 2...so far so good for wear.

i have had myrtille on my wishlist forever...and i finally had someone offer to send it to me!! it's not as i expected...but i love it! it looks fantastic over nails inc duke st. sparse silver glitter and an almost orange shimmer in a pale violet base.
i kept it on for 3 days...that is love for me!

gorgeous grey lilac. unique in my collection...it seemed familiar but when i compared it to others it was quite different.

thames is grey, duke is grey-lilac, melrose is closing in on blurple, st. john's wood is in the periwinkle family, and rbl purple haze is unique.
typical opaque smooth nails inc formula... worthy of owning in my humble opinion.

it really is a very nice shade... not too brown...not too lilac...just right.

the taupes i've kept... i had some that did not work on my fair skin so they are gone...but these are my favorites.

i decided to swatch a few teals today. i pulled what i felt were the most similar and asked about.
illamasqua muse is so gorgeous and compared to the 3 coats i needed for moody...it was a dream to apply.
rescue beauty lounge teal and nails inc rodeo dr. are similar with RD being a the bluer of the 2.

could i live with only 1 of them?
...yes. the nails inc was flawless in 1 coat and i get excellent wear so that would be my choice.
here they are with 2 coats. muse is 2 coats. moody is 3...old formula SW can be a pain and i don't have the best luck with wear either...however, look at that tiny teal sparkle. it's so dusty and gorgeous.
here are the teal/blue nfu-ohs i own.
my camera does not play nice with the sea green family so 240 looks blue..ignore it. i would have cropped it out but at least the tone is right so you can see it's a much lighter/brighter color then the others.

273 is much greener then 559...there was talk they were twins...but it appears they are just close cousins. this picture is a bit washed out but it helps see how different the tones are.
