Here are my new actual full mani pics with basecoat and topcoat.
Gorgeous bright coral red. I haven't found an exact twin yet. The one color that was similar but had more orange was SH All Fired Up.
I wore bangin for 5 days...and had 1 tiny chip. Amazing application. As always, opaque in 1 coat but perfect in 2.

Pre-Sale is up. I would buy all 3 again in a heartbeat. I don't know if that helps or hurts ;)

diddy mow is a gorgeous soft green with just a hint of shimmer...i always prefer a straight creme but the shimmer in this doesn't bother me at all..it really adds to the depth and softness of this color. it's amazing!

360 is a beautiful slate blue. the subtle shimmer is only in full sun.

Ji is amazing. she not only made a 'bright' coral-red that isn't neon or matte...it's opaque in 1 coat! i swatched it last of the 3 and didn't prep my nails as well as I should have so I apologize for the remains of 360. I know I'll get better/neater pics of Bangin soon when i wear it for a full mani....I can't wait. <3

As always with RBL...all 3 were smooooth application, opaque in 1 coat, easy to control, and dried glossy.

nails inc duke street

gorgeous grey lilac. unique in my collection...it seemed familiar but when i compared it to others it was quite different.

thames is grey, duke is grey-lilac, melrose is closing in on blurple, st. john's wood is in the periwinkle family, and rbl purple haze is unique.
typical opaque smooth nails inc formula... worthy of owning in my humble opinion.

this was a polish i was on the fence with before i ordered it. if it weren't for the sale i probably wouldn't have. it's a pretty color...but on my pink toned skin it is like i'm wearing the wrong foundation and it looks dirty and mismatched.
so sad.

i decided to swatch a few teals today. i pulled what i felt were the most similar and asked about.
illamasqua muse is so gorgeous and compared to the 3 coats i needed for moody...it was a dream to apply.
rescue beauty lounge teal and nails inc rodeo dr. are similar with RD being a the bluer of the 2.

could i live with only 1 of them?
...yes. the nails inc was flawless in 1 coat and i get excellent wear so that would be my choice.
here they are with 2 coats. muse is 2 coats. moody is 3...old formula SW can be a pain and i don't have the best luck with wear either...however, look at that tiny teal sparkle. it's so dusty and gorgeous.
here are the teal/blue nfu-ohs i own.
my camera does not play nice with the sea green family so 240 looks blue..ignore it. i would have cropped it out but at least the tone is right so you can see it's a much lighter/brighter color then the others.

273 is much greener then 559...there was talk they were twins...but it appears they are just close cousins. this picture is a bit washed out but it helps see how different the tones are.

beautiful... opaque...easy to apply...teal...more blue than green.
while it is similar to RBL teal, the nails inc is a tad more blue.
i prefer the nails inc. it was easier to control than the rbl...keerthamina feels the opposite! lol!

so for New Year's I decided to bling up my rescue beauty lounge chinoise mani with an untried.
nails inc trafalgar sq. i have no idea where it came from or if there are anymore like it...nails inc has so many random exclusives...it's killed me to keep up.

it looks quite dramatic and jelly-like in the pictures...but now...an hour later. i can see that it's really just a brighter red essie ruby slippers. i love it...but i need to be more creative with what i layer trafalgar sq over next.

and resolutions...i have one.
to bring you pictures of the rest of my nails inc...before i add to the family...stay tuned...see if i make it through!

Gorgeous red creme. the formula on this is thin but vibrant. smooth and easy to apply.
it might have a twin in Barry M bright red...it looks very similar in the bottle and on the paper swatch i did. good news for any UK girls.

rescue beauty lounge drifter

the closest thing i have in my collection is nails inc saville row. it's cooler and less red than drifter. i prefer it formula wise as well.

drifter is not my favorite rbl. it's runnier and harder to get even then most of the other rbl cremes i've worked with. it almost wants to be a jelly but it's too opaque so it's just...a pain.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie

I totally succumbed to the pics of this color. Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie is gorgeous. There was some drama, I'm not sure how it started, that the application was bad on this one. I can honestly say that mine applied like a true RBL. Smooth and even in 2 coats. Absolute dream.



I couldn't leave it alone though...and I added a thin coat of the VHTF Clarins #230 over it. You can see the blue shimmer of Scrangie peeking through and that combo is swoon worthy.
